Introducing...!

Master George Ryan White! He was born on June 23rd at 1:10pm, weighing in at 8.4 pounds and 20.5 inches long. I was scheduled to be induced on this exact day but he decided that it was a good day to be born and came all on his own. Once my water broke at 4:30am it was game on! Thank heaven for epidurals! It saved my life! Before the epidural I was having the most painful contractions, indescribable!! After the epidural it was all about Popsicles and Billy Madison, AWESOME! I pushed and Ryan counted for only an hour and out he came with the longest BLACK hair I have ever seen on a brand new baby! He didn't look like anything that I had imagined however he is beautiful. My first thought when I saw him was "I just gave birth to a baby sumo wrestler, he looks like a happy Asian baby"! But my family thinks he looks just like his daddy, which is just what I had hoped for. He is 8 days old today and I think we are getting a good routine down. He is breast feeding about every 3 hours and he is a pooping machine! Ryan and I are in complete awe and are so grateful that we were able to receive such an amazing gift from Heaven.
